Appointment Policy
We kindly request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 1 day in advance.
Deposit
All booked services require a deposit, which will be applied toward the total price at the end of your appointment.Non-Refundable: The deposit is non-refundable.Late Arrivals: If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled.

Guests: Kindly inform us in advance if you plan to bring anyone with you.
Payment
Card transactions incur a 1.6% surcharge. To avoid this fee, please bring cash on the day of your appointment.
Weekend Surcharge 10%
Public Holiday Surcharge: 15%
