Terms & Conditions
Deposits
All treatments require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit when booking. This is for security purposes such as late cancelations or no-shows. The deposit will be deducted from the remaining total price left to be paid on the day of your treatment.
Cancelations and Reschedules
We require more than 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a treatment. When given ample notice of cancelling or rescheduling we can credit the deposit and move it to the new treatment date, however cancelling or rescheduling less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in loss of deposit and possible cancelation fees.
If you wish to reschedule your appointment a new deposit will need to be placed for a future treatment.
No show
If you do not show up for your treatment without giving us prior warning it will be automatic loss of deposit.
If you wish to book a future treatment after not showing up to a previous appointment you will be required to pay the full amount upfront to secure the new booking.
Arrival time
Please allow extra travel time and aim to arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment to fill out your consultation form to avoid it cutting into your treatment time. Arriving late will result in your treatment time being cut into.
If you are running any later than 15 minutes we will have to cancel the treatment due to insufficient time and you will lose the booking deposit.
Extra people
We do not have compatible space for extra people to attend your treatment with you, so please ensure the correct number of people arrive to the treatment.
This applies to all friends, family and children as well.
Surcharges
All card transactions incur a 1.1% - 1.3% card surcharge for the use of Square checkout services.
If you would like to avoid this there is the option to pay in cash.
All weekend bookings incur a 10% weekend surcharge to account for weekend rates
All public holiday bookings incur a 15% public holiday surcharge to account for public holiday rates
