Can I have a head spa treatment with hair extensions installed?

We highly recommend coming in for your head spa appointment in between pull-ups to avoid any damage to your hair and hair extensions.

We want all our clients to have the best possible head spa experience and hair extensions can interfere with our treatments.

Please keep in mind if you wish to proceed with hair extensions we may not be able to preform our massage as intended.

Is it safe for me to have a head spa after having my hair coloured/perm or keratin straightening?

We have products that are very suitable for post colouring of the hair, which can ultimately increase shine and longevity of the colour.

However to be safe we highly recommend booking in 2 weeks post colouring, or before your hair colour appointment.

We recommend waiting 2 weeks after having your hair chemically straightened or permed.

Can I get a head spa if i’m pregnant?

We advise against undergoing a head spa treatment while pregnant.

This recommendation is due to the high concentration of essential oils in our products and the requirement for clients to lay flat for an extended period (90 minutes), which may cause discomfort for both mother and baby. For your safety and well-being, we strongly recommend consulting with your GP before proceeding with a booking.

Is the head spa suitable for someone with psoriasis on the scalp?

Yes! We have an amazing product range from Oway hair care that is specifically designed to help combat psoriasis and other scalp conditions.

Ask our friendly therapist during your appointment what products we can recommend for you!

Should i wash my hair before my appointment?

No! We are going to wash your hair, the dirtier your hair the better, we are able to assess your hair and scalp.

We recommend not washing your hair for at least 48 hours prior to your appointment

Can males have a head spa?

Yes! We highly encourage males to visit and have a head spa treatment.

Even for bald clients we have a range of products that are suitable for your scalp! Everyone is able to experience the head spa magic

Can my friend and i get a head spa at the same time? same room?

Yes! we have our dreamy duo room that can accommodate for 2 guest.

Alternatively we can treat up to 4 guest at the same time in different treatment rooms.

How do i book a duo head spa?

Our booking system unfortunately does not show available time slots for 2+ people bookings.

We ask if you’d like a duo booking to please contact the salon phone directly and our lovely admin can help get you booked in.

Is hair drying included?

At this current stage we do not dry the hair of our clients.

However we have a range of styling and aftercare products for clients to use at their own leisure at the end of their appointment.

At the new Soak Haus HQ you will be able to add hair drying to the end of your treatment as an addon. Stay tuned for this!

Can I visit Soak Haus if i’m underage?

Yes of course! If you are under 18, your legal guardian will need to give permission and fill out your consultation form on your behalf.

Does Soak Haus offer gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards are available to purchase online via our website or in salon.

How do i book an appointment using my gift card?

At checkout you’ll have the option to pay with your gift card.
