No, please don't wash for at least 48 hours prior, so we can properly assess your scalp before the cleansing treatment.
Can males have a head spa?
Absolutely, everyone can. Even for bald clients we have products perfectly suited to your scalp.
Can I book a couples or group head spa?
Yes! We offer head spas and group packages for up to 4 people, simply book under Group Bookings.
Is hair drying included?
You can add a professional blow-dry with a senior therapist, or use the Dyson dryers in every private suite at your convenience.
What age do I need to be to receive a head spa treatment?
A range of our services suit most ages. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Can I get a head spa if I'm pregnant?
It's discouraged in the third trimester (28+ weeks), as you lie flat for 60+ minutes. Please consult your GP first.
Is it safe to have a head spa after colouring, perm or keratin straightening?
Post-colour is fine, book two weeks before or after colour, and wait two weeks after chemical straightening or perming.
Is the head spa suitable for someone with scalp psoriasis?
Yes, our Oway range is specifically designed to help combat psoriasis and other scalp conditions.
Can I have a head spa with hair extensions installed?
Please come between pull-ups to avoid damage. Extensions may limit the full massage and use of all scalp tools.
Does Soak Haus offer gift cards?
Yes, e-vouchers online, or physical vouchers in studio.
How do I redeem a gift card when booking?
